With FlexCMS 1.1, you'll need to include the proper HTML tags to have your images displayed in a block.

For example, to add an image to a block, include the following inside the block:

<img src="http://www.URL of image to be displayed here">

So if I wanted my otter image to show up in a page or block, I would type the following into my page/block area:

<img src="http://www.webbedotter.com/kelotter.jpg">

which would then be displayed like this in the page/block:
