I tried offsetting the time on my site but anything i offset the time just stays the same , i have been living with this ,since i started it , but its beginning to bug me now ....can you help

Sorry you are having problems. If you have changed the Modify Advanced Site Settings for your timezone and it's still not working, I'd suggest talking to your hosting provider as they may have to set the server time to be accurate or you may have to change the timezone according to what your server is set at to make it work correctly.
