Is it possible to add access keys - the code

If used in menu links would help those who cannot use a mouse.

An example site is here: http://www.btcommunityconnections.com/accesskeys.htm

e.g. an extra field would be needed in the menu wizard, if the letter is defined then the extra variable is added to the html tag.

Yes, that's probably something we can look at for the next release. In the meantime you can still use that in the block with standard html instead of the block wizard.
