was wondering if i could change the wording "view details" to "listen & download" in the store section of my site? where would i go to do this, if allowed?

Yes, that's certainly something you can change. Pretty much every piece of text in FlexCMS is stored in the language pack, which are located in the languages folder. Make whatever changes you want there and upload it back to your site.
