On my flex site, when try to register the following error comes up. Same error if logged in as admin and try to register new user. Strange, everything used to be fine!! Did I delete something?

Sorry to hear you're having problems. It looks like you have an old index.php file. Try replacing yours with the latest version from the update package (http://www.flexcms.com/index.php/pages/download.html) and see if that takes care of it.
The 'VerifyCleanString' function was added in the latest release to help cut down on abuse of the contact form and other places where emails are sent.
