Hi just moved servers and need to restore site but not showing up in backup page and up loaded 2 files any help

Hi Andy,
The backup/restore system has some issues and we're working on improving that area. In the meantime you can send or upload the backup file and send us the account information and we'll have a look at restoring that for you. Contact with that information.
