Sometimes when trying to upload to photo albums I get an error,
Error. No Form Data
any idea whats causing this I am using 3.2.1

Generally that means a combination of the image is too big (or too many of them at once) and/or the internet connection is too slow and so it times out. We're looking at some other options for large/bulk uploads such as HTML5, Java, or FTP, but for the time being I'd suggest resizing the photo(s) first and/or uploading less at a time.
